This artist who born and died in Bordeaux was also a student of Fine Arts in the same city. After being the pupil of the landscaper Louis-Alexandre Cabié, he became a member of the Salon of French artists in 1905. Note that he obtained the Gold Medal at the International Exhibitions of Toulon and Clermont-Ferrand. Always Bordeaux remained his favorite source of inspiration. He is notably the author of the fresco decorating the living room of the Hôtel Frugès and the paintings decorating the meeting room of the Bordeaux Stock Exchange.
